Worked with Jake Hruby for an annual AC 和 Furnace check. My AC is a few years old, while my furnace is 23 years old. Jake walked me through the wear 和 tear on my furnace 和 what to look out for in the coming months. He also suggested a tip to trim back some of the hedges near the 交流单位 to give it some more air flow. I also asked for a furnace replacement estimate so I can plan for that expense as it will be a near term expense to plan for. Jake was able yo deliver that estimate following the appointment. Jake was professional 和 answered my questions.
